SHIPPING POLICY
Winding Road Collective works very hard to get your items shipped out in a timely manner.
- For orders placed prior to 5pm, we will pull and package your items the next business day whenever possible. Because we have a very small crew, it may take up to three business days before your items are actually shipped.
-The cost of shipping your order will depend on the weight of the package and the destination address. Our "cart" page will give you a specific cost to ship your order.
- Because of local limitations, we cannot ship UPS or Fed-Ex on weekends
- If your order does not arrive in a timely manner, please contact us at windingroadcollective@gmail.com and request that we track your shipment
- In the event we are unable to fill your order for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible with suggested options, or we will provide you with a full refund.
- We live in the north country. There may be weather related delays in our shipping system. Very sorry, can't be helped!
RETURN POLICY
Winding Road Collective does accept returns. In the event an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and take pictures of the damaged item(s). We will submit a claim to the carrier for any items damaged in transit. We will be happy to replace the item or refund your money once the claim has been settled. In the event that you simply want to return something, we will accept returns within 60 days of delivery, but the shipping expense will be your responsibility. PAYMENT METHOD
We accept Visa, MC, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. At this time we do not accept personal checks, and we are not able to accept payments via VENMO or ZELLE.
Michigan orders will be charged 6% state sales tax.
