Yes, although orders are time sensitive. Once you order has shipped it's no longer possible to make changes or cancel your order. Please call us at (906)322-3922 as soon as possible if you need to cancel or make any changes.

Yes, we do. In the event an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and take pictures of the damaged item(s). We will submit a claim to the carrier for any items damaged in transit. We will be happy to replace the item or refund your money once the claim has been submitted. In the event that you simply want to return something, we will accept returns within 60 days of delivery, but the shipping expense will be your responsibility. Yes, we can! Any orders being shipped to a PO box will be sent USPS Priority Mail.

All of our on-line items can be seen at our store, Winding Road Collective, in downtown Sault Ste. Marie, MI. We are located at 111 Ashmun Street, in the historic district of downtown. We are open early May through the end of December, closed January through the end of April.

Yes, absolutely! We close the physical store during the winter months, but the on-line store is open 365 days per year!
